Ansaplus

Ansaplus is a unique user friendly software package that enables staff to handle calls efficiently and effectively for any given business. With this program, calls will pop with the DDI with the callers ID on the user’s screens with the following information:

  • Information about the company
  • Company website
  • Contact details
  • Displays caller information if in a VIP list

This can be done using the NEC or Avaya telephone systems.

How will Ansaplus get messages across to the client?

Messages can be taken and sent to the client via email, sms or fax. Calls can also be patched directly through to the client. By using this system it will develop a professional and accurate approach in giving clients a fast and simple way of getting valued messages and important leads across to the client in an efficient manner directly to the person or department intended. Another benefit is that messages are spell checked ensuring optimum accuracy of all your clients’ messages every time. Messages can also be obtained at anytime by the user if a client wishes to call in for them, this creates a great level of customer service to the client.
