Due to continued growth, we’re looking for professional, enthusiastic telesecretaries to join our 24-hour call centre based just a few minutes walk from Aldershot town centre.

Reporting directly to the Contact Centre Inbound Manager you will respond to a variety of sales calls, enquiries and requests on behalf of over 600 clients. You will become fully conversant with each client’s business, products and services and be able to handle sensitive information such as customer bank details in a confidential manner.

The ability to capture data and transcribe and relay information accurately through our integrated computer/ telephone system is critical. You should therefore be able to demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Experience of an inbound/outbound call centre or market research environment is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
