Call Queue
Through a multi-million pound investment in network expansion, Rocket has access to a backbone that is perfectly placed to handle large numbers of simultaneous calls and route them to multi-site centres. By operating a central network queuing system, Rocket is able to queue the calls and deliver them when lines are free - callers are even regularly advised of their position in the queue.
To avoid queuing customer calls can be directed to "overflow" to seperate locations or services such as Rocket in order to fully utilise your company resources.
Time of day profiles can be created in order to route calls to different locations based on your working day, allowing you to employ Rocket to field calls out-of-hours and at weekends.
Call prioritisation, placing your most important customers in the front of the queue
Data Capture,callers can leave contact details so they can be called back later. Rocket can even provide information on those that have given up holding.

Brochure Requests
Rockets IVR service can capture up to 10 fields of information without the need for a live operator. This service can be used to automate application form requests or promotional leaflet/brochure requests. Rocket can capture the various voice clippings i.e name & address for brochure enquiries, or answer for competition hotlines etc and can then transcribe the information into a useable format for you to fulfill their requirements.
Store Locator

Call recording services can be quickly accessed and provisioned enabling you to manage your business flexibly with no capital costs or complex integration issues. Even recording services for multi-site businesses, including homeworkers, can be managed from Rocket Replay's management interface with distributed access for instant retrieval.
Retrieval is performed using a simple web-based search engine. Once a file is located, you can instantly playback the recording using any standard multi-media PC or you can download the audiofile for later analysis. Audiofiles can also be sent as an attachment by email, increasing the flexibility of Rocket Replay.
