How we achieve quality standards

Customers who take Lines & Calls package receive a 10% discount on monthly subscription. Add 5% if payment not by direct debit. Two months subscription is required in advance to open an account. A security deposit may be required for high usage customers. Minimum contract period 12 months. Patch setup charge 35p.

If after 30 days you decide the service is not for you we will refund your subscription. You just pay for the calls and associate charges. Money back guarantee is available on selected telephone answering services marked with this symbol only.
